If you would like to participate in our 7-day kindness challenge, simply follow the prompts below, one per day for a week! These are simple ways to participate in showing random acts of kindness. Many of these ideas are free or low-cost. It is designed to get you into the routine of making daily habits of spreading kindness in your community. You may adjust each idea according to what works best for you, your location, and who you decide you want to show kindness to.


Have fun implementing the ideas in this challenge, and hopefully others will want to participate in doing kind deeds with you - or because of you.

Kindness Challenge Day 1: Write a handwritten note of appreciation to someone.
