What are Random Acts of Kindness?

They are purposeful extensions of kindness that you offer to anyone. It can be kindness shown to a friend or a stranger, purely out of the goodness of your heart. You just brighten someone's day in a special way, often doing it anonymously. Do they have to know it was you?  Not really (and preferably not). It is so much fun to keep your identity a secret! 
Have you ever had the drive-thru experience where someone ahead of you paid for your order? That's an act of kindness. Have you paid it forward and purchased an order for someone else?  Another Act of Kindness!  Whether you've been on the giving end or receiving end of an act of kindness, you will definitely agree that it is a day-brightener!
